Alan has been part of the team since March 2015. He came to the office when he retired after 34 years with the Air Force as a Flight Engineer. Working in public practice is quite different than working in an airplane. Alan has taken many first- and second-year business administration courses in preparation for working in the office. He works mainly with tradespeople and restaurants; his responsibilities include data entry, payroll, and government remittances, as well as corresponding with Canada Revenue Agency on the clients’ behalf. One of his passions is preparing personal taxes for individuals and small businesses. In his free time, he is a fisherman, hunter, and woodworker, so you can either catch him at a lake, in the woods, or in his shop.
